Products

Luminary Focus offers handcrafted home fragrance products and other thoughtfully created goods.

Each piece is hand-poured or assembled with care, and slight variations are a natural part of the process. Small imperfections or differences in appearance may occur, but they do not affect the intended performance or quality of the product. No two handmade pieces will be exactly alike.

Product colors and appearance may also vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

Product Information & Use

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, ingredients or materials, sizes, and care information.

Please follow all product care, safety, and use instructions provided with your product or on our website. Luminary Focus is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse of a product or failure to follow provided safety and care instructions.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product offerings at any time.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

If you placed an order by mistake or changed your mind, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not already shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or returned due to a change of mind or an ordering mistake.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Delivery times may vary after a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We’ll work with you to provide either a replacement, when available, at no additional cost or a refund to your original payment method.

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can make it right. Any shipping costs associated with correcting an error made by Luminary Focus will be covered by us.

Custom orders and used products are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including the Luminary Focus name, branding, product names, photographs, graphics, written content, designs, and other original materials, belongs to Luminary Focus and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

You agree not to use this website or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
